Salted Butterscotch Chew Pretzels
Makes approximately 48 pretzelsIngredients

48 snack-size pretzels

12 oz Seeās Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips or Milk Chocolate Drops

Sea salt
Instructions

Unwrap the Butterscotch Chews and set aside.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange pretzels on the parchment paper, making sure they donāt touch, then set aside.

Place the Chocolate Chips or Drops in a heatproof bowl. Set the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. Stir continuously with a rubber spatula until the chocolate is melted and smooth, then remove from heat.

Using wax paper, dip each Butterscotch Chew into the melted chocolate and place it on top of a pretzel.

Using a spoon, drizzle the remaining melted chocolate over the pretzels, or fill a resealable plastic bag with melted chocolate, cut a small corner and pipe over the pretzels.

Sprinkle with sea salt to taste.

Let pretzels cool until the chocolate is set. Serve up and enjoy!
