Shipping Info

Shipping and handling prices are subject to change.

  • Orders of $500 or more (after discount is applied) qualify for free shipping within the U.S. (Alaska and Hawaii included). Your order will be delivered within 7-14 business days after we receive and process your payment. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

  • Once your shipment arrives, immediately check for damage, shortages or wrong assortments. Any error of this type must be reported to Customer Service within 24 hours upon acceptance of order.

  • Orders may also be picked up at one of our See's Candies Volume Savings shops with 48-hour notice.

Yum-Raising Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are dependent on the value of the candy that has been ordered by your recipient. Since gift cards ship free of charge, they cannot be combined with candy values to qualify for tiered shipping promotions. Offers are valid on shipments within the contiguous U.S. only, excluding P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska and Hawaii addresses. Please refer to the shipping rate table below. (Note: shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii differ from the table below.) Shipping rates are subject to change.

Warm Weather Shipping (April through October)

Warm Weather Friendly Shipments:

  • Some of our candies (Lollypops, gummies, Peanut Brittle, etc.) can be delivered with regular packaging and standard shipping, making these candies ideal for the warmer season.

Chocolate & Heat-Sensitive Candy Shipments:

  • To reduce the risk of melting and ensure a speedy delivery to your door, all chocolates and heat-sensitive candies are delivered in insulated containers with reusable cold packs and shipped via expedited service.

  • Since we canā€™t control the temperature of our shipping carriers' warehouses and vehicles, orders placed on Wednesday after the shipping cutoff will ship the following Monday.

  • During warm weather periods, we do not ship chocolate and heat-sensitive candy to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, US territories or international addresses.
