Salted Butterscotch Chew Pretzels

Makes approximately 48 pretzels

  1. Unwrap the Butterscotch Chews and set aside.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange pretzels on the parchment paper, making sure they don’t touch, then set aside.

  3. Place the Chocolate Chips or Drops in a heatproof bowl. Set the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. Stir continuously with a rubber spatula until the chocolate is melted and smooth, then remove from heat.

  4. Using wax paper, dip each Butterscotch Chew into the melted chocolate and place it on top of a pretzel.

  5. Using a spoon, drizzle the remaining melted chocolate over the pretzels, or fill a resealable plastic bag with melted chocolate, cut a small corner and pipe over the pretzels.

  6. Sprinkle with sea salt to taste.

  7. Let pretzels cool until the chocolate is set. Serve up and enjoy!
