Since the beginning of this event, See’s has thought first about our customers and employees, working to make the best decisions to keep them safe and be a good community partner. In support of that, we have continued to monitor and adhere to federal, state and local mandates, as well as CDC recommendations. We have balanced an ever-changing landscape with common sense and a dedication to you, our customers, and the great See’s employees who serve you with pride and dedication every day.

Last week, California implemented new orders in specific regions to counteract the increase in cases and to prevent the spread of COVID. See’s has sought to stay ahead of the curve throughout this event, and we are making adjustments now in anticipation of these orders. Our top priority continues to be, the health and safety of our employees and our customers.

We know how important a visit to See’s is for all your gifting needs during the holidays, as well as bringing you much-needed joy in these challenging times. So, we are happy to tell you that we will be able to stay open. In some cases, the new orders may mean our in-store capacity is further constrained, but we are confident we will be able to continue to meet your needs, even though it may mean a little different experience and some patience.

To ensure you experience the joy of See’s this season, we want to provide you with some options to help you plan your holiday shopping. We have found that our shops are busier early in the day and recommend visiting in the afternoon or early evening where in-store traffic may be less. Our shop hours have been extended, and we encourage you to use our Shop Locator to see hours of operation.

We are also offering our Click→Pick→Go! service where you can place an order online and pick-up your treats at the shop nearest you. Visit pickup.sees.com to start your order. If that is not an option for you, we are now partnering with DoorDash where you can order a limited assortment of products to be delivered directly to your door!
